Jeremy Schumacher
Jeremy Schumacher – President and Managing Partner Jeremy graduated from East Carolina University in 2000 where he studied Business as well as Architectural and Building Technology. Jeremy was also a 4 year letter-winner and captain of the ECU baseball team. He spent the first part of his career in the architecture and design field before broadening his experience in the development and construction industry. His career has spanned two decades where he has gained uniquely broad and valuable experience in architecture, construction, land development and operations management in the residential industry. As President, Jeremy oversees the company’s finances, sales, business development, land acquisition, administration, and strategic planning.
