Nick Cunningham
Nick Cunningham, Director of Commercial Construction Nick graduated from Michigan State University in 2002 where he studied Building Construction Management. He began his career gaining valuable experience in homebuilding, project management and customer service for a large national homebuilder. After years of excelling in residential construction, Nick chose to expand his experience by joining a large commercial general contractor where he spent the next decade evolving into a senior level manager overseeing dozens of projects throughout the Carolinas including large retail centers, industrial buildings, restaurants, car dealerships, office structures and upfits. Nick oversees all aspects of Arcadia’s commercial business including estimating, project management and business development.
